Engage with the Flourishing Enterprise Innovation Toolkit
The Flourishing Enterprise Innovation Toolkit is designed to be applicable and useful to all types of enterprises (for-profits, not-for-profits, co-ops, benefit corporations, government agencies, etc.) and all stages of development (start-up to established enterprise). Further it is designed to be useful in a very wide range contexts: different cultures, sectors, groups, issues and places.
We expect and encourage all First Explorers to use the Toolkit in their diverse contexts and report back to the project on what works and what doesn’t. When a First Explorer has services based on the Toolkit we encourage them to share their experience and explore adding them to the list of service initiatives on this page.
And someone had to go first! Two of the first First Explorers to take significant steps to develop, offer and deliver services based on applying the Toolkit in their contexts (integrating it into other necessary methods, tools and practice) are:
Better My Business: “Through learning networks, workshops and direct consulting services we work with leaders of established small and medium sized enterprises to apply frameworks, methods and tools in order to gain the social, environmental and economic innovation and risk reduction benefits of the flourishing approach.”
Lean for Flourishing Startups: “Based on their integrated Flourishing Entrepreneurship competency model, Lean for Flourishing works with entrepreneurial encourages (accelerators, incubators, co-working spaces, corporate innovation centres etc.) to enable them to innovate the way they help entrepreneurs be innovative and achieve their goals”.
Other First Explorers: Are already using the Toolkit in the classroom, are delivering training, and much else. We encourage all our community members to continue to explore how the Toolkit can best work for them in their contexts, give us feedback, and explore being listed here as service initiatives of our community.
