The Flourishing Enterprise Innovation Toolkit is an evolving systemic management innovation that enables leaders and entrepreneurs to design their flourishing enterprise: socially beneficial, environmentally regenerative and financially viable.  Currently, the toolkit includes the Flourishing Business Canvas and methodologies for its effective use in established enterprises and startups. 

The Flourishing Enterprise Innovation Toolkit is a new way to help enterprises and their investors prosper through collaboration with all their stakeholders to improve their social, environmental and financial performance. The toolkit can help organizations with goals anywhere from purely financial viability to “doing good to do well” enabling the possibility for flourishing.  The toolkit enables the identification of the socially, environmentally and financially material risks and opportunities relevant to their chosen goals.  The toolkit uses the proven business model lens to enable leaders to collaborate more effectively to develop integrated solutions that drive the combination of social benefits, environmental regeneration and financial rewards required to achieve their goals.
