Clare is the founder of The Future of Flourishing, a Media, Training, and Venture Lab committed to bridging scientific knowledge with practical application in human flourishing, so that the conditions for flourishing are available to all.

Additionally, Clare serves on the faculty for The Center for Human Potential and coaches the Transcend Course led by Dr. Scott Barry Kaufman. She is also a partner of The FlourishCafe, supported by Bath University and the Harvard Flourishing Programme.

With a Bachelor of Communications from Central Queensland University and a Masters of Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths College, University of London, Clare is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Leadership focused on developing a personal leadership system. This system integrates cognitive sciences with dynamic leadership practices to establish a blueprint for employee and organizational flourishing in the 21st century.
